Our spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath all electric apartment home is 1,121 square feet. The kitchen has a dishwasher, range and range hood, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. There is plenty of closet space. The spacious living room has a glass sliding door that opens to a roomy yard or balcony. Residents pay a monthly fee for water, sewer, and trash. We allow small dogs and cats with a $25.00 monthly Pet Fee. We require residents to carry renter's insurance.

Rental Criteria: Applicants will need 3 times the monthly rent in verifiable income, a credit score of 650 or above, no evictions, no money owed to previous landlords, no bankruptcy, and no money owed to utility companies including cell phone, internet, and cable.
