Our 2 bedroom cottage has plenty of closet space and wood flooring. The units are all electric with central heating and air conditioning. The kitchens have refrigerators, ovens/ranges, dishwashers, and garbage disposal. Residents pay a monthly fee for water, sewer, and trash. We require residents to carry renter's insurance. We allow small dogs and cats with a $25.00 monthly Pet Fee.

Rental Criteria: Applicants will need 3 times the monthly rent in verifiable income, a credit score of 650 or above, no evictions, no money owed to previous landlords, no bankruptcy, and no money owed to utility companies including cell phone, internet, and cable.
